Good news! Seems a bit expensive but hopefully they didn't stick a Dorman in there. Usually you only need to replace or rebuild the power supply side and not the logic side.

It's real easy. You just need to move the degas bottle out of the way. I sent mine in to Ed at FicmRepair.com for the ultra service with a lifetime warranty. They also have an exchange program...

It might be something as simple as a pinhole or...

It might be something as simple as a pinhole or tear in a CAC boot. That would effect how the turbo which would explain the power loss. Are you getting any codes?

And no, the engine does not...
