If you have the right shocks, you won't need a sway bar.

We offer a full length Add-a Leaf that goes directly under the top main leaf and is wrapped under both spring eyes to fully support the main spring. It has the same profile as the stock leafs and...

Being that you have a Diesel Extended Body SMB, I doubt that your problem is being over sprung in the rear - that is a heavy configuration you have. Also the Camburg kit comes with ~4" lift blocks...
