Well, my plan was insulation, the aluminum and then carpet.... but maybe its a bad idea. Wood just seems so heavy and prone to moisture issues.

I did a search and didn't find anything... Has anyone used aluminum for flooring material instead of wood or vinyl? Is there a reason not to?
