1) Crappy Chinese made belt tensioner tool. Stripped at the joint at slightest pressure, so I just welded it in the position I needed it.

Thanks to this thread, a sudden issue in changing airflow to different vents, realizing my van is at around 76,000 miles and 10 years old, and an upcoming trip that will take me deep into Canyonlands...
