As hard as this part is to get to, I would get o-rings ahead of time. Mine were $12 and easy to put on in a couple of seconds.

No problem. It is a pain the 1st time but will go easier the next time. Cleaning the EGR valve is pretty important and the dealer charges out the a** for it. When it gets stuck due to carbon buildup,...
