Did you end up doing the work yourself? I know Badgertrek has a great tutorial on the hub redo. I am thinking of undertaking it myself but am intimidated by the process and proper tightening / order...

Found my problem today. I took apart the hub and found the inboard snap ring had failed. This allowed slop in the hub which I suppose led to the hub jiggling enough to loosen all the retainiing allen...

Just had to vent. When we arrived at the take out for a raft trip in Idaho, I found that my passenger side Warn hub was gone...for who knows how long. Our SMB was shuttled 385 miles by a shuttle...
