Agreed. What I'll do if something looks even a little fishy is choose some slightly unique (ahem) phrasing in the ad, and then Google it. Nine times out of ten, this turns up similar CL listings...

No interior photos, "too good to be true" price, and it's also on the Pittsburgh Craigslist. I'd be very wary.
