As far as I know the rear brakes on the E-series have not changed appreciably since they moved from drums to discs somewhere around 2000. So there is no easy bolt-on OEM upgrade that I know of.

Does Alcoa make the newer "mag" style alloy wheels too? That's what I have from a 2012 van. I always associated Alcoa with the deep dish with holes in it style.

Ah, I thought you did the full front swap, not just brakes. Buying all the suspension parts, arms, etc., would easily push $2k I assume.
