I'm in PA and my SMB is totally rust free, but I rarely drive it in the winter and never when it snows or in the aftermath. I'm just assuming that somebody who pays for a 4WD van in NY drives it in...

Hmmm, Hudson Valley, NY + 4WD vehicle + "rust free" don't seem to go together...

Good price and low miles (99k), though.
