Here's a photo of the Penthouse hook covers that SMB Indiana included with my 1998 van. It's just the headliner material folded into a sleeve that slips over the hook. I never use them as it's too...

Nice mod!

My 1998 came with two custom-fitted cloth covers for them, matched to the interior upholstery. Can't say as I ever use them, though, as it's too much to remember. I like your solution.
