This 90ft tall, 880 ft long wooden train trestle was completed in just eight winter days in 1911. Temps got as low as -67F. Now those are some tough working conditions.

It could well be the power steering pump or the drive belt, have you checked the fluid level? Also, unless you have a diesel, you don't have a vacuum pump to worry about.
