Anytime I added a screw(s) that were going through the floor I would check, measure and recheck before installing them. No desire to increase work by 10X.

Most of my DYI cabinets and stuff is attached to the floor that way. My van is 10 years old now and I have never seen a problem and I have removed and reinstalled a few things over the years. The...
