Yep. Activating that switch lets you turn on the radio without the key in the ignition. With the switch off, the radio works like other vehicles (Radio gets power in Acc or On key positions).

Not until I read Scalf77's post (Thanks!) I just went out and checked and the F2.3 was blown. I missed that that one had anything to do with the radio when I read the owners manual looking for radio...
