Thanks; it was the loctite. The bushing within the armrest is worn, so I'm having trouble getting it to seat without the wobble, but without bind so it will rotate. Probably gonna have to fabricate...

I've got seats of unknown origin, except SMB installed them in 2001 with my van. They have swiveling armrests, attached with a Torx headed bolt. My armrest is loose, but I cannot get that bolt to...
