I tried to locate the heater controller so it's accessible from the bed.........it's a bit of a stretch, but worth it on a cold morning.

...one thing.......lacquer is alcohol soluble, so if you spill alcohol you need to clean up fast......don't ask me how I know this....

I just stopped the back wall of the fridge cabinet at the level of the condenser and compressor....so roughly the top 1/3 of the rear cabinet wall is open so that it can vent to the inside of the van.

You have ample solar and battery ah, so any inverter up to about 2000W would be fine.

Sounds like the microwave will be your biggest load. I have a 1000W inverter so I'm limited to a 700W micro...

25 gallons x 8 lbs/gallon=200 lbs and 39 gallons x 8 lbs/gallon=over 300 lbs............just keep in mind the weight of water that you are hauling.
