If you weren't planning on underfloor storage then the storage pocket on my bumper design could extend much further forward.....no reason there couldn't be a drawer/drawer slides in there.

This could be a rear brushguard (in lieu of swingarms) that flips down (instead of swinging sideways) with the spare tire mounted...then perhaps a simple setup like the Ford OEM method for lowering...
