Most any 12V RV panel combined with your existing panels is going to get you 95-99% of the rated power. If you buy exactly the same panels and parallel them, then 100% at least on paper.

Since you have a PWM controller you will have to run RV (12V) panels in parallel. RV/12V panels typically have an open circuit voltage around 17-19V or so.

The short answer is yes, but you need to get the specs of the different panels kinda close to each other when mixing panels to keep the efficiency...
