My rear wand is one of those. They works OK. Maybe if there was a tempering valve it wouldn't be so hard to adjust the heat. Also it's slightly difficult to get the water out of it when your done. As...

I would like to have an external outside hook up...

I would like to have an external outside hook up maybe under the van or at the side but it would require temp control at the shower head. Possible?
