Not sure. Where is the second battery located? I thought that Ford already had some kind of relay in the loop if the 2nd battery is on the frame. If not I'd think just installing a separator and...

My guess is you can just rig off the Aux battery you have. As long as the relay opens up when the key is off you should be in good shape. I'd be temped to stick some type of deep cycle battery in...
