Herb you might want to pull that breaker and take a look at the bus and the breaker (if you feel qualified enough to pull the plate off and remove the breaker). Lots of times breakers trip if the bus...

D, make sure you reset the breakers to the full off position (push firmly off) before kicking them back on. Do they all feel normal when switching them on and off? I don’t know how your van is wired...
