I'm gonna bail on this one as well. Sounds like we have some weather hitting so I'm going to stay on this side of the Sierra's unless things change. I'll post once I figure out where I'm going to be.

Well, I was afraid of this...Sonora and Tioga are closed. I'm sure Sonora Pass will open but sometimes the Yosemite Rangers are just looking for a reason to close Tioga for the season. They have done...

Well I'm still looking at week of the 20th and prefer somewhere in pine trees. Looks like the 395 crowd is ahead. I might be able to meet at different weekends as an overnight trip.

Do you prefer a campground or boondock?
Are you wanting to off road at all?
How long do you want to camp?

Depending on where the group wants to go will determine...
