I believe that 5" bs on a 9" rim will be around 0 offset. You will probably be ok rubbing wise with 275's and that setup.

If you are asking about mine.
They are 17x9 ATX rims 4.5" bs -12 offset
I got them locally and paid more than if I sourced them online, but was able to get them mounted balanced and know where to...

Military tires did not rub once I took a hand grinder to front fenders.
7" backspacing +50 offset
Dually hubs 2.5 inch spacers on rear
