Ok jobs done last weekend:
Lowered the rear bench seats by 10cm as suggested by experts :a1:
And also fitted a "Persian2 rug in the "dinette" area so the lino stays ok and it is warm on the...

Yes I know, I have actually 3 brackets two either end and one in the center. As for vibration I have used a combination of "Nyloc" nuts and stop washers, this should avoid things falling apart :b1: ...

Yes I could have put the seat lower, but the trouble is the side trim on the left side bulges out meaning the bed would have been too short by about 10 cm. I prefer having a longer bed :a3: ...

Yes the first photos were really only trial fitting for the dimensions etc...
I will have a panel blocking off the "box sections" i.e. under the seats, this will avoid any cargo sliding forwards...

Got the MDF special water resistant grade (was about half price compared to marine ply!!!)
