I had an electrician stop by and test my outlets, most had an open ground, not surprising because my house is 60 years old. He found one plug that read normal and I tried plugging in there....

I'm not sure what you mean by checking the other outlets. The problem occurs when I plug into shore power. the entire chassis becomes electrified. I've felt the charge when I was turning a wrench on...
