Thanks! it's the 5.4L

As soon as I finish with the garage door mod (which by the way is not as simple as it seems!), I will bring it in and start with the insulation and the floor.

Quick update, I have finally bought a 2010 Ford E250 with Hight top already installed.
Right now I'm taking it one step at a time, I've added height to the garage door so I can fit it into my house...

No I don't have a mechanic, haven't had the need for one, I guess I've been lucky with my cars.

I agree.
1/4" is pretty thin, I will probably only use it for the door panels, but I will probably use "Russian plywood" which has many more layers and is much more strong structurally, BUT! nothing...

I found a 2001 Ford E350 diesel 7.3 P.S. with a high top already installed, I didn't buy it yet because I can't seem to find any one or garage that is qualified to inspect the vehicle. ...

When you say window unit, you mean the one you buy for a house 110v? is there a brand that makes them for an RV 12v? how much btu for a small campervan?
