Curious if it's the original seller who opted to try and ask a bit more, or if it's indeed a flip as you're thinking. The van looks to have gotten an updated set of Ford polished aluminum factory...

On paper, this has all the good stuff...
7.3L, Quigley, EB layout, PH, not an outrageously high mileage....
But then there's that rust issue.
