The problem is, I really like DRL's when driving....

The problem is, I really like DRL's when driving. If you disconnect them, they are totally off.

I would rather not use headlights, because that turns on the tailights and sometimes people...

If you turn the key to ACC, they come on. You cannot turn them off without turning off the key or unplugging them completely. Not one of Ford's better...
