Confirmed that the part and labor (turbo) was a covered repair and that it was replaced with a new (not refurb) part.

Although he wasn't 100% sure, he thought the part was improved from increased...

To bring this thread back from the dead (again), our van is currently in the shop with a "sticking" TurboCharger. They are researching right now to determine if the TurboCharger is, in fact, covered...
