Looks a little low.. maybe ok for the Street.. but not sure about trails and 4x4ing..

But otherwise a quick improvise!

Check out my Buddies Tan Van, he had hitchcrafters weld up two parallel hitch hole brackets welded to the parallel frame beams, then fabed the two steel arms (slight angled with holes in the ends)...
