I know some people do it, but I don't think I'd ever consider full-timing it in a Ford or Chevy based SMB, strictly due to the size. It would have to be the Sprinter.

Can't answer the comparison questions for you, but I strongly recommend a trip to Fresno well before committing to any decisions. Give them a call and make sure they have representative vehicles...
