Still makes me ill to hear this.

I don't put much value in BBB, but a complaint filed against the company might make you feel better, and make McNutt feel worse. Personally, all I think BBB cares...

I think you also need to tell them you need to have the SMB professionally inspected by Ford (nice and expensive) to make sure all factory systems were not damaged, and a qualified 4 wheel drive...

If you paid for the service with a credit card, once you compile all your "evidence" and dispute the charge right away.

Get any company info from the truck that ended up delivering the van? Should be easy to check with the driver as to how/when he was contacted and some specifics on the situation when he picked up...

Some of the prices being talked about here don't sound too bad, given what it would cost you in both fuel and time to drive it yourself, however, I'd be a little leary in having major work done and...
