Our "new" 2006 SMB

Here he is:

My wife and I flew to Las Vegas, bought him and then drove home. Not quite 700 miles total journey. We brought along sleeping bags in our luggage and slept in the van at Elk Flats CG outside of Ely, Nevada. Everything worked fine! The motor ran like a champ.

We are very excited about our future adventures this van will bring. Hopefully we will run across many of the forum members here on the road!

Re: Our "new" 2006 SMB

Thanks everyone!

We have been looking to join the SMB club for a couple of years now. Finally happened and we couldn't be more excited. Still trying to figure everything out in the vehicle. Didn't come with a SMB manual so doing research.

Looking to add a bike rack attached to the receiver hitch. Also an awning and winch are in the near future.

I will be adding more photos of the van but here we are in Nevada after the first night in it.

Re: Our "new" 2006 SMB

ha, just got a call. friends wife maybe throwing wrenches in gears. sounds like she may want to go up near horsethief res. now, lol. wouldnt bother me, trail creek hotsprings are right there and some of the best hot springs around, i just try and stay clear of highway 55 on weekends if at all possible.

i can pm you later in the week with exact specifics after the girls have stopped changing thier minds if your interested.

Another Idaho SMB. Congratulations! I picked mine up in southern California almost 4 years ago. Nice looking rig.
