Re: VivaLaVida in California (1)

Wow I can't believe your journey included some of my favorite places. I've been to all of them sans 4x4 (well maybe not the narrow passages!).

When my SMB is ready in about 6 weeks Eureka Dunes and Saline Valley are high on my list, but not until the weather is a bit cooler.

Thanks for the memories and kindling my excitement about the journey ahead!

Re: VivaLaVida in California (1)

Thanks to you guys.

Just for the story, on pictures 20 to 23, VivaLaVida was running on front axle only since I had an issue with the rear driveshaft and had to remove it to go back to Bishop... So I didn't had 4x4 at this time...

Very nice stuff Claude. I'm right behind you and can't wait, but my pics probably won't be as good.

Re: VivaLaVida in California (1)

Bad ass pictures for sure Claude. Curious, Lippincott was OK? I wondered if they had even opened it up back when you did it. Seems they always lie about the trails condition.
