Flying the 395....

Flew down the 395 from Reno to San Diego yesterday in a helicopter shooting some of my favorite travel spots taken in the van. The highlight for me was flying up to Laurel Lakes. We also hit Bodie, Mono Lake, June Lake, Mammoth Lake and took a few pics of Coyote Flats.

Landed in Bishop for fuel and then flew to the rest of the way down the 395 and then over to Santa Monica for lunch and fuel again. From there we flew down the coast picking up more images for an upcoming work project.

More Images coming as I go through them....

Re: Flying the 395....

Guess I missed the "E" and didn't put in "Lakes". Although I have the chance of checking out Laurel Lake in the near future, I doubt I have a chance with the other

Just saw a chopper flying back north over Lee Vining this evening (Sunday) around 6PM or so. Was that you heading home?
