San Fran to Mammoth to Anza B to ??

Left SF yesterday around 1 pm, made it to Mammoth at 10:30 pm. Chain Cntrl was set about five mi beyond Placerville, it was pretty much 4wd a the way to Mammoth. Worst part was coming into Bridgeport, close to white out, 4 inches of snow and no one ahead of us.

This is recon for our new build. Figure out systems designs, etc. We are staying in Beastie 2 at Mammoth RV park so we have electric for heat, etc. Last night lows around 2 deg, tonight supposed to be ZERO. Will post more later, have to get back on slopes!

I know - worthless w/o pics! Will post pics later as I have to resize and that takes effort better committed to turns . Ciao! Ray and Jen

Just cruising some topics and couldn't help commenting. "I'm packing warm stuff for after Anza". Anza was frickin cold! I was warm maybe twice in 4 days. Thanks for campfires and likker. And Ruth is good smuggler.
