After the M&G at valley of Fire where I got good advice where to go and what to see, I started by the North rim of Grand Canyon with a stop at Gooseberry Mesa.

Then Toroweap, thanks Mike, great place.

Nice view from te camp...

Next direction Bryce canyon with some stops on the way...

Everybody who visits Toroweap enjoys it. Still, I'm glad you liked it.

Re: Swiss touring The west...

Wish I had more time Andrew. It would have been great to follow you over there. We ran into bad weather on the way home and only had one good day of off road travel but it was still a fantastic trip. We'll have to do something in the Oregon area one of these days if you plan to stick around.
Glad you saw some nice areas and hope all you journeys work out well.

Re: Swiss touring The west...

Dave, to bad, weather is great until now and from what I heard East Oregon has nice places to go... why not...

I went into the Grand Canyon north rim and camped in the Kaibab forest over 9000 feet.

After that I took the direction of Bryce Canyon going on House Rock Rd and Cottonwood road, very nice, thanks Jeffrey.

After Bryce heading into the Grand Staircase Escalante NM

Re: Swiss touring The west...

I don't see any branches, so I'm thinking maybe a balloon was involved. Or maybe a big power pole?

Andrew, what is the prize for the best guess?

Herb may have it! I see a small (power?) line coming up in front of the van.

Re: Swiss touring The west...

Here is Grand Staricase Escalante NM

That's why we have 4wd vans... no?

Started with devils garden

Then direction Hole in the Rock

They went down like this... would you with the van? Me I am not sure...

Then Sooner Rock for the night

Next day went by Dance Hall Rock

Then Dry Fork Slots, luckily no water...

Then had to check out Egypt... not the same

stopped for the night all the way on top...

On the way out took Burr Trail

Then into Capitol Reef NP for the next...
