Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets

Finally have a set of prototypes made. Work well. The bow in the van made the middle bracket a PIMA.

RSE is gonna start making them next week.

Here's a "stylish" video showing the added clearance to the PH:

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets

Are the bolts we see along the gutter the only clamping mechanisms? Are they connected to the body below?

They're not bolted to the van--they are clamped on the gutter. This is a very strong design used by Fiamma.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets

They look great and thanks for the video as well. Will there be any problems using them to replace the SMB provided ones? In other words, they will need to be setup in the same locations as the old brackets. Also, how does the awning attach to the bracket? Really appreciate you going through all the time and trouble on this one, it should be a popular item.

The awning has a lip on the back that fits over the bracket to hold it in place while you drill and bolt the awning to the bracket. I would remove the stock brackets and silicone some black plastic plugs in the holes.
