Re: Where is the 12v fuse panel?
"Mystery" solved. Thank you, REF and Goose and Dave Druck for your help.
Should this dilemma befall anyone else, REF was closest to the answer (at least, in my case). The fuse panel could only be seen by partially lifting up the sofa bottom and then very awkwardly (and painfully) craning one's head into the very small space between the edge of the sofa and the bottom lip of board, thus possibly risking decapitation or loss of an ear, and peering into the extreme left (facing the rear of the van).
For the record, the fuse box was uncovered and the fuses were arrayed in the exact order given by the Sportsmobile signage found on the back of the storage/water pump access door at the bottom right side of the sofa. Once spied, it was obvious what it was - but therein was the problem.
SMB does not offer any specific hints as to where the fuse box is in its manual, just a general idea of maybe where to look. But if you don't know what you're actually looking for, it can be a puzzler.
Thanks again to all. I'll post more about the "Surprise," which is a rather unique SMB edition, in the Show and Tell section later on after I complete a few more winterization tasks and return from yet another journey. It's new home is in Michigan.
