Star cool condenser fan won't shut off

Good day everyone. I got to a campground a while ago plugged into 110/30a and turned on my star cool to test it out for a while and now I can't get the condenser fan to shut off. I've turned off the on/offrocker switch the l/m/hi switch and the fan auto/cool and cool/off/heat on the thermostat and it still is going. I turned off the breakers and even turned off the 110 main breaker outside on the post. The fan is running off 12v because if I turn the charger off the fan slows down. The compressor, evap blower, and aux condenser fan are all not running. It's just the condenser fan up in the front of the van.

I've also restarted the van and turned everything on while Theban was running then back off and then shut the van down but that didn't help either.

What else is there?

Oh btw it's a 2006 Ford e350 Diesel SMB. Not sure if that helps.

Star cool condenser fan won't shut off

I took a drive and turned on and off all the switches again in hopes it would stop but it stayed on.
I shut down and I pulled the 20a fuse under the couch and it went off but it doesn't fix the problem of course. I tried the 12v blower motor fuse and that didn't work so then I pulled the 2nd fuse from the bottom which according to the wiring diagram is the 12v condenser.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Re: Star cool condenser fan won't shut off

My suspicion based on your input is the relay 2'nd from the left (top row of five) has failed in the stuck on position. The power to enable that relay comes from the blower fuse. When you pulled that it did not resolve. You can check the terminal strip position 5, this is the power coming from blower switch if it is on. If there is no 12 volts on terminal 5, this would further point at that relay as the culprit.

hope this helps

Thanks, I'll take a look at that today. If that's it then replacing the relay should be easy.
