I watched the whole two hours the other weekend after randomly finding in on YouTube. I agree it's much easier to follow if you're already familiar with the systems and options they are describing. The lingo and production quality doesn't make it much of a resource for potential buyers. Some small embarrassments for SMB too, when the buyer complains that the overhead LED's are not controlled with a dimmer switch he had requested months ago (when different technician promised it could be done). The guy giving the tour is caught off guard a bit, and is left with quite a "punch list" of things that need to be resolved.
I had a similar experience on my pick-up day when the manager revealed the fridge had been installed in a different orientation to allow the door to open. I completely understood why the change was needed, but would have appreciated a heads-up during the build process.
