It seems odd to me though, that with a small, supposedly high efficiency direct injection turbo-diesel, a six speed transmission and weighing unloaded about what a full-size Ford van weighs, it still only gets 12.3 mpg. (

Which reminds me that I am going to either sell or trade my 1995 E150 5.8 Quigley van for a small to mid-size 4x4 truck. Not ready to post pictures yet, I still need to clean it after the last trip. Has just over 100k miles, an SMB penthouse top w/bed, seats 7 on a leather seat that folds into a bed, 2 removable matching captains chairs and matching front seats.
