Portable toilet

Hi,

The cheapskate in me detests the thought of spending too much on anything, but I do love my gadgets.

Here's one that covers me off in both directions.

It's cheap at $15 and works well. Close fit for us big and tall northern boys, but very functional. Just line it with two plastic bags, don't overfill, and drop off at your least favourite ex-wife's garbage can. Try and get it there just after the garbage truck has been thereby ensuring a week or two of reminding her that you stink, you old savage!

A very good value made by your odour conscious friends in Canada.

Oh, and Leggz likes it too.

Here it is ready for action with my new most favourite way to advertise my least favourite company.

Regards,

Gavin

Re: Portable toilet

Who knows how to make a Honey Bucket better than the Canadians!

Let's just hope it isn't leak-prone like every Reliance water container I've ever owned...

Well that would be a crappy thing to happen now wouldn't it.

Re: Portable toilet

I have the Canadian Tire version, but it doesn't fit me since my butt is SAE and the loo is metric....

You may just have to hover then, like the ladies do at public toilets.

Re: Portable toilet

use a kitchen bag and twist it to seal and put lid back on or find a paint bucket with a sealing lid then just have a poop bomb

Re: Portable toilet

Of course as mentioned several times on the site here, there is always the Bumper Dumper but I use a backpack crapper made for river runs that works for emergency situations. The bucket deal I have has a gasket that sits on the bucket. I plan to mount an outside box over the spare to hold a porta pottie.

Since there's a thread going on right now praising Partner Steel Stoves, I though I'd post this here.

Re: Portable toilet

Kind of reminds me of a milk bucket. Marc's post on their river trip and the groover comes to mind but you'll have to search his river trip for specifics
