Has anyone found bug screens that fit the Fiamma awning? I would like to create a screen room with the awning for eating, etc.

Fiamma sells them, try their website. They are $$$, though. I don't know of anything that fits other than those, though you could probably adapt some other kind of "universal" screen room".
I have one of these screen attachments for a 10x10 EZ-up. I got it at Walmart IIRC and they are really well made. It has a full zipper on 2 opposite sides and comes with stakes. I can see it working pretty easily with an existing awning. You really don't even have to have the same size screen wall kit as your awning. What you can do is unzip one complete side and then you have a VERY long screen wall essentially. You could wrap it around about any awning or anything else for that matter. This is somewhat of a home brewed idea and might not look that slick, but when it comes to mosquitos I would rather look unbitten than cool.
You could buy some bulk bug screen material and clamp it as the other folks suggested. There are a couple mosquito netting companies online but I don't think you can beat the prices listed above.
