Line X the belly?

Due to recent paint damage to my SMB I am looking at Line-X the belly of the van. Does anyone have pictures of your SMB done? I am considering color matching as it's tan and I am undecided on black. Thoughts? Pictures and what not....

Re: Line X the belly?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'belly'. If you're talking about the undercarriage, I don't think it's a good idea or even possible.

If you mean the lower 10-12" strip along the bottom side of a Ford van, then yes. I've thought about it but the van has more important issues to take care of first. I've seen a couple of good examples here somewhere.

Here's one... http://www.sportsmobileforum.com/vie...=10715&start=0

Black will make it look taller and looks good if you have black (like Aluminess) bumpers. We do black for ~$350.00 and color match (it will look different colors depending on light and angles because of texture) for ~$450.00.

Re: Line X the belly?

Our rockers where Rhino lined black. Cursory search on Google didn't turn up a two-tone tan van.

Looks good. I'll be welcoming this change soon, in the next month or so. Of course I'll share pics of the updated SMB with Line-X.

You may have already seen it, but this thread has additional info and a few more pictures:
Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

Cheers,

You should look for Durabak Coating, That's what I put on my front bumper and it work very well and it's very strong. And the price is very interesting for this kind of product.
