What's up with Ramsey at Agile?

I've contacted Ramsey 3 times in the last month (phone and email) trying to get on the list to order the ride improvement package, but haven't heard anything back. Is he still in business?

Yes. But he's very slow to respond due to way too much work for his small two man operation. Keep trying, it's worth it.

Re: What's up with Ramsey at Agile?

I tried for 8 months or more to get an RIP kit. Then ended up building my own and am super happy with it.

He's probably one of the most knowledgeable dudes on this forum when it comes to going fast and suspension. His product is super (from what I've heard), but he does spend lots of time in his van (like we all should) and not by the phone. I know it's frustrating, but I can't fault the guy for getting out and doing it. It's just hard when there is something like the RIP kit that is so good that we all want and can't get. Keep trying for a bit, he's a cool guy just busy.

Good point, and I know that there also is/was a supply backlog on the custom-valved Fox shocks that Ramsey uses.

It takes some time but once the ball is rolling Agile is very good with customer service. Each kit is custom for each van so there is no one size fits all kit they can just send out. It looks like they are trying to find a way to ramp up production a bit, but only time will tell.
