Re: What's THAT?????
You mean this rig? While it looks nice. I fear they are simply too small and certainly don't seem adequate to tow anything. The long bodies are too long, the short bodies are too short...
I'd rather get the FUSO in a penthouse please....

Not to start a Sprinter debate, and I'm certainly not a fan, but the standard short wheelbase 144 is longer than an EB Econoline and it is rated to tow 5000 pounds.

Re: What's THAT?????
Do you happen to know the stand up height in the sprinter w penthouse? Also do you know the conversion dimension comparisons between EB and Rb sprinter?

Sprinter is taller than an Econoline, so I assume the penthouse will be as well.. Don't know what you mean by conversion dimension.. but I probably don't know the answer.

Re: What's THAT?????
Sorry, by conversion dimensions I mean the length/width avail for conversion. For example this would be the area directly behind the seats of the E series. They have the dimensions of sprinter/transit/pro master but since SMB took the E series info off the website it's hard to compare the dimensions. The sprinter feels narrower

Don't know, but they're within an inch of each other exterior width. So interior will be similar, except the sprinter walls go straight, while the Econoline close in..

Re: What's THAT?????
Interesting indeed. I saw they posted a pic of the inside of the sprinter I pasted above and its not surprisingly similar to the "old" EB50 layout. Tried and true.
We are going to be faced with making an upgrade in several years and will sell our EB350 so we are trying to see options. I like the look of the warrior but at 6'8" standup height I'm out of luck (I'm a little taller than that).
Appreciate the info.

Wow. So is DUKCSUN a cryptic reference to "ducks under"?
My GTRV top is lower than the SMB top (when popped). I'm 6'1" and I just graze the ceiling - good thing I have no hair. Have you considered CCV tops? Considerably more interior height than SMB.
Cheers,
Brent
