F150, F250 interchangable parts

I've been seaching this forum and found some info but pretty limited.
Does anyone here know if these items from F series trucks will work on my 2003 E250 Ford cargo van?

Bumpers front and rear?

Shocks F & R?

Brushgaurds?

Thanks for any help.

Sorry your signature does not show where you live but SMB pulls quite a few stock Ford bumpers off their rigs. I've seen piles of them in Fresno. Don't have a clue if they will sell you one on the cheap. So if you live close maybe it might be worth a call.

The Ford Truck parts generally do NOT fit the vans.

Bumpers and brush guards, specifically, do not fit.

Re: F150, F250 interchangable parts

About the only shared parts are the engines & transmissions, some exhaust component, and some interior bits and pieces (switches, radio etc).

That said.... There seems to be an ample assortment of aftermarket stuff for the E-series. I went with a BuckStop bumper/grill guard, and Reunel rear bumper. Many folks on here have Aluminess.

Likewise, there are may aftermarket E-series shocks available, but they are a little harder to find sometimes. Bilsteins are popular. I run Les Schwab shocks because of their amazing warranty.

SMB-Fresno will sell you a take off rear bumper if they have any. That's how I got mine. I had the super common contour bumper and replaced it with a take off rear step bumper. They'll also sell you stock tire/wheels. Common sizes are 225/75s but go for the optional 245/75s.

Hope this helps™,
