Rear Heat & A/C Ducts?

Re-routing aftermarket rear heat only unit, need air flow directed to rear of my EB E250. Looking for a selection of ducts and louvers, something resembling a modular system or at least parts that are compatible with one another.

My heater is a Pro-Air brand, they have these: http://www.proairllc.com/parts/louvers?limit=60 which may be workable but more choices would be nice too.

Everything will be mounted close to the floor, flow directed across the width of the interior from the left/drivers side. Since my main unit & fan is located just aft of the gas filler neck bump that area is easily covered, its the rear aft of the wheel well bumps I need/want more heat.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Rear Heat & A/C Ducts?

I bought ducting and vents from these guys

http://www.suremarineservice.com/ductin ... pters.aspx

Just make sure to buy hi-temp stuff? I originally tried to re-use some vents that were not hi-temp rated and they deformed after a little use. I bought some flexible duct in misc sizes and a couple of connectors. Also used some metallic tape at the vent ends to make sure I wasn't losing any hot air through leaks.

Thanks for that link DPark---it gets me closer!

Quite by accident I stumbled across what might be the Mother Lode for us: http://www.coyote-intl.com/index.htm

Crazy name, great product offerings!

A lot of nice parts there, easier to design an air distribution system now I think.

As I find more I'll update this post, could be helpful to others.

Another site selling very compact rectangular or oval rigid duct tubes among other air flow products: http://nostalgicac.com/duct-hose-vents.html
