Aux heater in '98 E-250

I'm about to install a Webasto Thermo Top C aux heater into my '98 E-250 with the 5.4 and have some questions before I tear my daily driver apart to prepare myself for a smooth install.
Which of the coolant hoses is the inlet into the heater core ? Does the 5.4 has a fuel return line ? If yes, which diameter ?
And how do I get the front clip below the headlight off to mount the heater below the headlight ?
Thanks !

Can't help you with fuel line questions Karsten but the heater core inlet hose will be the one running out of the intake manifold via factory-formed hoses.

The outlet side of the heater core should run to the back of the engine along side the passenger-side valve cover.

Re: Aux heater in '98 E-250

They're available in gas and diesel. I found this particular one while cleaning out my old garage, it was mounted in an Explorer I owned years ago. But you can buy them everywhere over here from different companies. It's more or less the same unit Mercedes, along with many other manufacturers, put into their diesel cars and vans to get them up to operating temps in the winter. Adding a different ECU to the heater and you can use them to heat up the car without the need to start the engine. That's what they're invented for anyway.
It's more efficient than letting the engine idle for long periods, which is illegal here anyways.
