super slow build, plain white wrapper

I've wanted a 4x4 van ever since I can remember, last summer I bought a PSD cargo, then I found a super duty but it was 5.4 so was going to mean double trans teardown. Just before Xmas I bought a pasts super duty PSD. Friday I finally had a few hours to get some mock up. I want to use mostly parts from the super duty so that parts ordering is easy. This includes a home built front x member and stock springs (may need 2" lift ones later) I gave a guy the whole body if he stripped the drive train out. So far I have some welding and mock up time and under $1500. I know its going to take lots more time and $$$. My biggest problem is getting time to do it.

We'll have slowed my work down on purpose in order to get the six speed into the van, well it's bolted to the motor. I have to extend the trans mount, make some floor mods. Next up is remove the vac booster in favour of hydroboost, hopefully because it's smaller I'll have room for factory clutch master
